DHG Ramps Up Annual Canned Food Drive

Dixon Hughes Goodman is hosting their annual "Count the Cans" campaign June 14th-June 24th. The local Certified Public Accountants and Advisors made a tremendous impact last year in Greenville County as they donated more than $11,000 and 1,000 pounds of non-perishable food to Loaves & Fishes as part of their corporate "Count the Cans" campaign. The canned food drive is heavily relied on by the pantries Loaves & Fishes serves. One month, 29,216 pounds of food

Canned food collected for Loaves & Fishes helps stock agencies’ shelves for the New Year. GREENVILLE, SC (December 5, 2018) — Over 29,000 pounds of canned goods and boxed foods were collected during the month of November for Loaves & Fishes’ Feed the Thousands campaign. Twenty-two local businesses, churches and schools collected the much-needed items for the food rescue agency. The results of their combined efforts yielded an impressive 29,216 pounds of non-perishable food. Primrose Academy at Five Forks collected the most of all the donors with 2,000 pounds. “At Primrose, we pride ourselves on helping children become active members in their community and our world.
